With a full serving of real fruit, no added sugar, and no artificial flavouring, Supergood is a great low calorie option. Each 473mL can contains only 10g of carbs, 10g of natural sugar, and averages around 170 calories, depending on fruit content.
Supergood is gluten-free! However, we do make it in a facility that also makes beer. We take extreme care to ensure there is no cross-contamination, however trace amounts are possible. We are not certified through the Canadian Celiac Association at this time.
